Physical Fitness


Five Physical Fitness Resources:

1. For an intense workout challenge, you could do the infamous Shaun T 60 Insanity workout. You can find more information at the website below.


2. If you would like a less intense, zenful workout you could check out the kripalu institutes at their website.


3. Zumba is a growing fad in the U.S. that originated in Brazil. There are many studios and classes throughout the state where you could go and take classes (there is on at Johnson State, Mon, Wed & Thurs nights at 7pm) you can find out more information about the exercise classes at www.zumba.com.

4. For those of you who are fitness guru’s, you could check out and possibly subscribe to fitness magazine. They have many helpful tips of staying fit, eating right, to losing weight. For more information check out www.fitnessmagazine.com.

5. My favorite exercise besides dance is running. I love to run, I use it as a sort of therapy – I run when I need to clear my head. Upon doing research for this assignment I found a website called runnersworld.com; there are all sorts of tips on running, groups you could run with and things of that sort.
